Laurence Lacey and Billy Poulter, partners in our Bristol and Manchester commercial property teams attended the Homes England Investment Symposium on 4th November.
The event brought together senior decision makers from Homes England, housebuilders, local authorities and housing associations and was focused on creating partnerships and collaborative working to drive the delivery of new homes across England.
The ambition and innovation that will be required to deliver this is very significant and we at Clarke Willmott look forward to playing our part in this, acting as we do for major housebuilders, housing associations, local authorities and Homes England.
Establishing focused and cooperative partnerships will be critical to delivering these new homes.
